PRODUCT ESSENCE
What are Smart Glasses?
Smart Glasses are wearable IoT devices with sufficient computing power to run independent apps and allow AR (Augmented Reality) interactions. The wearer can collect and stream audio/video information through the device’s camera and receive information through the AR screen while leaving both hands of the wearer free.
The AR information is superimposed on the transmissive display positioned above the dominant eye of the wearer. The user can glance at this screen as needed during technical interactions without being intrusive or blocking their vision.
Industrial Eyes enables voice commands for totally hands-free interaction with the Smart Glasses. In addition, users can connect using Wi-Fi or cellular to make seamless video calls and transfer data.

Enhanced-Eyes
Frontline technicians that are equipped with smart glasses can seamlessly interact with one or more remote experts at the click of a button. The AR capabilities create a virtual presence unbounded by location, providing real-time live support features for on-the-job guidance and assistance through the point of view video feed available to the remote experts.
Expert-Eyes
Through the Industrial Eyes Cloud portal, the remote expert can connect to the frontline technician equipped with the smart glasses to remotely provide live guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance. Moreover, frontline technicians can remain focused on the task at hand as the remote expert can easily control and navigate the smart glasses settings on demand.
Display-Eyes
Display-Eyes enables both frontline, and remote technicians to easily connect and navigate to industrial monitors, screens, Wi-Fi and USB cameras, security cameras, as well as any other desired displays through the Industrial-Eyes dashboard. A global view of the room allows both parties to view and pinpoint any desired areas with pan and tilt capability, making quality assurance, remote assistance, and troubleshooting as simple as navigating a few displays.
Connected-Eyes
In the absence of Smart Glasses or distance from the main operating systems, both the frontline technicians and remote experts can use an Industrial-Eyes enabled smartphone, pc, or tablet to communicate with one another allowing remote experts flexibility to provide advice and guidance via AR & AV (headphone, earphone, or speaker) channels.
Flow-Eyes
Workflows, checklists, training, and process maps have never been easier to navigate! Step-by-step instructions eliminate redundant and gruesome paper-based processes, with Flow-Eyes the entire process can be implemented in the Smart Glasses displays with audio commands and is made available on smart phones regardless of Wi-Fi connectivity. Additionally frontline technicians can now easily document and log their live status into the Industrial-Eyes portal which can provide in-depth analytics to identify & optimize training gaps.
